Abstract

Poland's syndrome is congenital anomaly. After Poland described it firstly in 1841. The clinical symptoms and signs are variable. It always involves congenital aplasia of fingers and syndactyly. We have treated a male patient possessed Poland's
Syndrome. Our case showed left side anomaly, abscence of left pectoral muscles and anterior axillary fold, ipsilateral syndactyly, and aplasia of thumb and and middle phalanges of 2nd , 3rd, 4th, and 5th fingers.
